Asas Makeen Real Estate Development and Investment Company has signed a contract for the execution of a residential project with First Avenue for Real Estate Development. This is part of the company’s strategy to expand in the real estate development sector by offering quality projects that meet the market needs in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The contract involves executing the “Jada Al-Hada” residential project in Riyadh, covering an area of 23,199.09 square meters. The project aims to create residential units with high standards of quality and urban integration, in line with customer expectations, while enhancing the concept of a comprehensive residential experience.
